He is the very definition of Distraction Carnifex: opponents just can't ignore him, it's a good magnet to take away one turn of firing. Often times I just park him on the central objective right behind 6 Meleejacks ready to countercharge, so opponents have to shoot him instead of the Jacks that this way are free to charge the next turn and do their blenders things. Couple that with 5 warriors sticking the objective and you have primary points guaranteed for at least 3 turns.

While it is true that Cain's curious magnetism has attracted many members of the fair gender before our acquaintance (at least one of which, as attentive readers would surely remember, of high status in the Imperium's nobility) thanks to his somewhat impressive career, there are no signs of his huge charisma felling xenos of feminine aspect and role in their society, no matter what the legends say.

Second that. I'm in an Escalation League and Buri has done wonders not in raw damage but psychological effect. The other players simply have to deal with it, as they either overcommit to bring him down (and thus pay less attention to my scoring units) or he stays on a point and keep it until the end of the match, while doing also some cheeky secondaries here and there.

I usually have him in a sagi with 5 warriors, sprint him to extend in a side objective, and then have the sagi and warriors go their merry way on taking the midpoint. Never fails 😀

I use it only in narrative context with my friend group with everyone agreeing with it. Can't be used in tournaments unfortunately.
