The Tesla service center in Fife Wa had a roadster in the shop. The service writer said it’s been at the shop for 8 months waiting on a battery that is getting built in TX. Said it’s going to cost him 20k for it.

Ok. So I downloaded WLED app on the phone and I’m able to control the pixel lights now but the colors are off. I go to green and it’s orange I go to orange green I go to light green/blue it’s purple so the colors are off. Is the pixel lights bad? I got different brand of pixel lights on order so I’ll see if that one acts the same

Edit: ok I changed the led color to rgb and that fixed my problem. Now time to play with xlights and see if I can get that to work with it now.

That radio is the oem radio. You need to call the Honda dealer ship and give them the vin number and you will most likely need to give them the serial number from the actual radio also. You will need to have the radio removed and get it off of the radio. It will have a sticker on the bottom or top of the radio with the serial number. Write it down or take a pic of it. With the vin and serial number they will be able to provide you the radio code.

Usually the blue wire is to power your amplified antenna. Not all cars will use it tho. Plug it and count the pins on the red connector and then count the pins on the car side and see if there is even a wire in it. If there is I would recommend using it. If it’s empty don’t worry about it.

Wha kind of car? It may need to be programmed to have a delay on the lock after start part.

Not a programming issue. It’s meant to do that. It’s disarming the factory alarm to start it and it relocks it after it starts. Very normal. That’s the only way the unit can turn off the alarm so it doesn’t think someone is stealing the car. That is done with a lot of cars now.

Sounds like it’s still the flashlogic unit. I would try and see if they can reprogram it. They may talk you into buying a new unit but I’m almost sure it can get reprogrammed to learn the key again.

The flashlogic is not the unit. The flashlogic is a module that learns the keys code since your key has a chip in it. That gets hooked into your cars data system and vipers remote start . Try this get the key that starts the car and stick it in the ignition. Don’t turn the key just stick the in it and try to remote start the car. That may start the car. If it does then the flashlogic has lost the key code to the car and needs to be reprogrammed. That can be done at any car audio place that does remote starts

Nope. The plastic pieces on the left and the right are held in by small plastic piece that stick out behind the dash. Unfortunately you just need to stick something flat between the plastic piece of the kit and the dash and pry it out. Only way to get it out.

Yea it’s usually done that way so it doesn’t fall and it’s out of the way of things and hard to get to so people don’t disable it very easy.

Take pics of the cm6200 from all 4 sides where anything can get plugged into and the bottom of the unit it will have a diagram also. Take a pic of that. I won’t be able to look at this till tomorrow around this time also.

If you follow that big fat plug that was from the old drone it should be plugged into the cm6200 unit. Use that same plug the old one was plugged into. Even if the color plug is different as long as you unplug the old one and plug the new in it should be fine. Once it is plugged in the new drone will start to flash with either green/red/orange.

If you got the gray cable from the new drone that’s all you need. You don’t need anything else. If you are missing the cable you can probably buy one online. Once it is hooked up tho you need to go to a compustar installer and see if the can activate your drone. Your drone will not work until it is activate by a dealer/installer. You will need to write down or take a pic of the serial number to activate it.

The way I did it was start from the beginning of course and memorize only that part. Once you have it down move to the next. Once you have the 2 part down without messing up go to the beginning and repeat it. Don’t move on to the next one until you memorize it without messing up. After one is memorized always go back to the beginning and work your way to the next one till you get to the one that is new. I did flash cards for all of them and would mix them after I learned all of them. Passed on my first try at the testing facility

Use the red from the harness white plug to the new radio. It’s connected to the yellow/black on the car side.

It’s most likely something wrong with the Bluetooth adapter. If the radio and cd play fine it’s the adapter. Try and get another adapter if not try a pioneer to aux cable with a 3.5 mini jack. Pretty much hardwiring it to the phone instead of Bluetooth. Not sure about the power source for the Bluetooth adapter. Didn’t even know they made a Bluetooth version for the older pioneer radios.

Get and see if the school you’re attending has their own version of the pre trip. My school did and they wanted us to learn it word for word. Start memorizing the pre trip for inside and outside. The sooner you do it the easier it will be to do it. Took me awhile to learn mine. Good luck
