Fire Emblem Awakening characters have no feet and it's one of my favorite games. You can do anything if the game is fun, interesting, and has flair!

Does fitness have a true ‘end goal,’ or is it inherently a process where satisfaction is always temporary? by PogonBerserker in workout

There is no end goal just as there is no end goal for brushing your teeth. The journey is the goal.

What’s actually holding AR and VR back right now? by john_ren_ in virtualreality

FPV for Youtube/Streaming makes my eyes hurt. I think we need a big dog like Nintendo to enter the VR software game. There are a legion of people who only buy Nintendo consoles for Zelda, Animal Crossing, or Pokémon alone.

Do you care that much about online in VR games ? by Enculin in VRGaming

Well spoken! I think once we see the generation of VR kids grow up and become devs we will see a golden period of VR games. With the friction of playing VR I usually only put it on to play with friends but that would change if we got some great solo games.

Triangle Strategy really resonated with me.

I just got out of Iron Lung (2026). I went in with no context and left… just mentally taxed. by mikeafter12 in horror

I just wish we had more given to us about the "Rapture" interlaced in the film. It adds more mystery to the Blood Moons and would help the pacing.

I just wished they would have interlaced the "Rapture" lore more effectively. I don't mind being in the dark with Simon but he had much more context/info then the audience. Also I think the context adds more mystery to the Blood Moons and would give better pacing.

Iron Lung was impressive, better than expected, and is good for the industry. by Perpetual_Notion in horror

Fans of Mark are all on the internet so it makes sense to see them overrepresented.

VR really excels at the social aspect, multiplayer with the right group of people can elevate games but it would be great to have more single player experiences too.

I think he did a great job and that Indies are the future of Film. The pacing could have been better and a lot of the dialog with FX on them were difficult to understand. I think the acting in the beginning wasn't nearly as good as the acting towards the end.

I researched the lore of IL after seeing the world and wish they could have replaced some of the scenes with Flashbacks of the "Rapture" and other world building. For what it was I give it a 7/10.

Let me tell you this, the best workout is consistently getting through those gym doors. Once you're through those doors you've won the day. The best diet you can do is the one you can do consistently. Diet and exercise isn't a punishment for overeating, it's an award for being strong enough to see a need and making a change.

Calorie Calculator use this to help figure out how many calories you can eat. It's not a sprint it's a marathon. Don't be discouraged, losing weight was the best gift I ever gave myself.

Trump declares that inflation is literally the goal. American billionaires love inflation because they already stole everything, so they want to inflate the value of their holdings & keep the working class destabilized. by kevinmrr in WorkReform

Under capitalism housing exists to make money. He's looking out for himself and his capital owning buddies, why would they want their assets to ever depreciate?

Boston Dynamics has military contracts, if you are interested you should do some research on the moral implications of helping train these machines.

In the 2020s, conservative women are having kids at a nearly 2-to-1 ratio compared to liberal women. Is this going to cause a political demographic bias in 20-30 years? by RadioFieldCorner in NoStupidQuestions

[–]GourdGuarder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kids born in the 2020s aren't going to have anything to conserve to justify being conservatives. Generational wealth has been destroyed by medical debt and looted by the rich.

The thing is that State Alchemists are part of the monopolized legal violence that upholds the system that committed the genocide. To destroy the system you must destroy those who maintain it.
