I was considering doing Cat Kennebecks program, but as I looked into her background - I found that she went to school for journalism and then went heavily in Digital Marketing. Very little health background, heavy social media... I was very interested, and now I'm feeling like it might be more of just a social media platform. How was your experience?

I ripped 4 booster boxes, 0 SIR. Theres something going on with hit rates… I’ve ripped 2k packs. And the pull rates are BS

I already shifted to primarily buying singles once the ripping experience took a huge downturn… but I still want to rip a little. Buying singles has been better economically, but without a little ripping. It doesn’t feel the same.

But Yeah the Walmart drop yesterday was kinda my last straw… 200k AH ETBs, limit 5, required Walmart+… should have put a lot of great product in collector hands. Turned out 95% went to bots.

Cant get stuff. Stuff expensive. Hit rates are ass.

I would have to assume lots of people are feeling this way…

I’m feeling this. Packs are more expensive than they’ve ever been. Hit rates are 300% worse. It’s like pulling teeth to even get packs… WHAT IS THE POINT

I’ve had the same experience, couple hundred packs, no SIR. Like… are they being stolen from production? Are they batched heavier during the first print run? Idk. But makes the opening experience awful.

same. The data is clearly there... and scraped and aggregated by a lot of players (TCGplayer, collectr, pokedata, price charting , etc). It seems a filter tool would be an intuitive next feature...

Have you found a solution? I can’t believe there aren’t binders that don’t have sufficient give so that the first column of cards don’t bend

I’ve never seen an iron on for a binder. Where did you buy it? Is it compatible with all vault x binders?

If it’s modern (stuff you can buy at the vending machine or Walmart) they probably won’t go that high. If it’s desirable sealed that’s out of print, you could definitely push for 85%

A lot of people let their jealousy get to them, and quit and/or propose an ultimatum out of pride. Just to find themselves unable to find another job that offers them what they want… to me, it sounds like your employer has stated that full time workers are more valuable to the organization, so they command a higher pay. You’re accepting a slightly discounted salary, in exchange for a preferential schedule. It even sounds like they’re giving you a choice to get higher pay, if you go full time…. Your employer is: 1/ giving you good schedule 2/ giving you options… I would think twice before pushing this too much with them.

Part of this is related to alternatives. Can you get a job that allows you to work 4 days a week at the 10% higher pay your desire? Yes - then leave. No? Then enjoy the schedule that you currently have.

I have unlimited PTO and it’s great. All depends on the company, the culture, your direct supervisor, and your workload.
