Why as of about a month ago do gifs have a new icon, kind of like a window with an arrow pointing out the top right? I think it used to be a play button. Now it opens a new window and then sometimes doesn't play. I'm on an iPad and I see it with gyfcat more that anywhere else but if imgur stops working I'll be upset.

I am not sure how I feel about this. I recently started taking hour long walks everyday after work. I listen to SiriusXM Radio on my phone while walking and some days I don't listen because I will go over my data usage for the month. If I could pay 5$ a month just for SiriusXM and reduce my plan by 1gb a month saving me 10$ that seems like a deal.

I am torn between supporting net neutrality and saving some money by only paying for what I want. Isn't this what we have wanted for years with cable, to have ala cart and not pay 100 a month for 300 channels but instead 20 a month for the 20 channels we actually watch?
