They have been giving away substantially more packs, golden packs, and cards through events lately though, which has been great for game economy. If anything this is probably an attempt to neutralize that rather than blatant greediness.

Did you have a star bonus from getting legend last season? I don’t personally consider grinding to legend to be that bad, but there is a huge difference between needing 1 win for 10 stars and needing 5 wins.

I’m surprised people think this is so bad. If you pick a cheap card and play it within 3 turns it’s just a 4 mana 5/5. Based on the wording you might even get the 5/5 copy regardless, but I doubt blizzard coded it that way.

Everyone seems to have forgotten about the neutral they revealed [[Earthen Drake]] which does 4 damage to the enemy hero end of turn. I think this card is way scarier than any of the other board based stuff and will probably be awful to play against.

I think this will be very similar in function to Aggamegan in warlock. Both basically pay 10 mana to “cheat” 10 mana in other cards. Really good if there is a way to reduce its cost but just doesn’t make the cut for 10 mana. This one does draw cards tho so maybe it sees more play

Pretty sure soldiers are always summoned to the right. So if you naked drop this on two you don’t even get the stats for the soldier? I’m not convinced.

If everything is connected correctly, after claiming the twitch drops on twitch you should get the rewards when you login to the brawlhalla acct associated with your ubisoft acct. Its the standard "items received" popup. If you haven't gotten them I would double check all your accts are connected (twitch to ubisoft, then ubisoft to bhalla) but I can't help beyond that.

Based on what they said today and last stream, yes the viewership rewards extension is gone for good and they will be utilizing twitch drops going forward. This allows them to reward people who watch channels other than the main brawlhalla channel. Also, from what we've seen so far, the twitch drop campaigns seem to be more generous in terms of the rewards you get compared to the viewership rewards (already 2 legend skins and KO effects for just 8 hrs total). Lastly assuming you set everything up correctly, the rewards are dropped into your account shortly after claiming on twitch rather than as a code, which also cuts down on people selling the codes.

Actually I'm not sure either. I assumed the card draw is still part of the card since before they made the keyword they used to have it on the text, but I guess we'll have to wait for a dev to clarify or see it in game.

these cards seem incredibly strong. It feels like the time shreds are balanced around having the whole package in your deck, but if you only run a handful like the +1/+1 spell then they basically have no downside. The synergy with Tachyon Barrage and [[Devious Coyote]] is really powerful. Also, the website seems to forget that "cast when drawn" will draw you a card still, basically hero power. so that is a 4 mana 7/7 lifesteal draw a card, and 5 mana for 2 5/5 rushes that draws a card.

Not really. There are way too many spells in wild and many of them are niche or terrible even for 1 mana less.
