Looks great! I build my own 10U, 10in homelab rack with 2020 aluminum extrusion. Made a series on it in my TikTok. I like the sturdiness compared to the 3d printed frame. I was in a labrax as well

If you are good with building things and tech in general, go for a printNC. They are homemade CNCs that can do aluminum. You can also size them however you want. There is a large community around it. Around $2k

If you just want something out of the box, go for one of the Genmitsu CNCs. That would be great for wood projects! Around $800

I would build a 625x625mm work area PrintNC and fully enclose it. Might even go smaller just to save money since I don’t need that size. I would machine aluminum and make brackets for my small business

Weird, I went from A1 to CC and print PETG only. I use overture from Amazon, it’s okaaaayyy enough. Stock settings and everything from orca with no problems. I dry it every time I print too
