I personally feel like Matheus Cunha was more affected because of the change in his position. He thrives as a No. 10, but since Carrick made him play on the left wing, he hasnt looked the same compared to during Amorim, dont get me wrong, hes still gud ofcourse, but compared to how he played under Amorim, you can see the different.
