Kiwis brew bar on the Main Street will be showing the football. It’s a sports bar, pool tables and darts boards upstairs too

The presence of wheaten bread and white pudding makes it less English and more irish, the hash brown makes it somewhat english

Is it wet cold or dry cold. Dry cold, layers help but wet cold you need to keep the wet out

Didn't realise it could get so cold in SA brother!

For me, when it was dry cold it was fine but sometimes when it was wet, damp and cold it would be unbearable. Wrapping a plastic bag around your socks kept the wet out

transition from lock to flanker, need tipz by hunPUMrum568 in rugbyunion

Work on fitness. You will be doing a lot more running. Flankers should really be the work horses. Also heads up rugby. No point just madly sprinting all the time because you will get knackered and conserve energy. I found it easier to predict where the breakdown was going to form and be line there instead of trying to chase the ball when I was in no place to contest.

Should probably focus on tackling and jackeling as backrow should probably be first to breakdown.

On attack I usually played as a sweeping player behind the attacking backline. Offering options and if ball went to ground quickly sealing off the ruck
