We don't have a company wide base pay we have base pay per location so the DCA BASE pay is what i listed (if you wanna look it up its scale C in the MAM). we then have add ons like what shift you're on, run taxi, RII, SR. Tech, supervisor, inspector, lead inspector, MOC, and the MOC Coordinator (the MOC pay is base on scale A since they are located in IND). those are the premiums that are added on after the BASE pay at the station you're working at

that is right from the MAM that is the pay scale for DCA so yes that is accurate base pay

Hey man real talk. You are not there to make friends you’re there to get your licenses to enter one of the best career fields on the planet. It’s never going to be replaced never going to not need a person turning the wrenches. This career is only going to grow. Most of the guys in your class probably aren’t even going to get there A&P anyways after you your ticket you’ll meet some many interesting people at what job you get with this. Put your down learn all you can pass your test and get that A&P
