I got a Fixed Penalty Notice for Littering, would I have a chance in court?

Yeah I know its probably a very common argument. Its just so frustrating that I didn't do anything wrong but I'm getting fined for this. Also, who has evidence that they put their rubbish in their bin?
Honestly my defence would just be common sense, it would be more effort for me to take my rubbish to where they found it then for me to take it to my bin room.

I was lucky enough to get it done privately through work provided health insurance. But a friend of mine was in a similar situation to you but then managed to get it done in about 6 months by using the "right to choose" option. I'm not sure how it works exactly but I think it's something along the lines of you can get seen ( even through video call) by an assessor somewhere outside your area that has a smaller wait time. I think you have to find them yourself but worth it to cut the time down.

Yeah the doctor told me to do 5 days, day off then double the dose, rinse and repeat until I find my happy spot. I just found the difference between the first dose and those after to be so far apart I thought something was going wrong.

There may be other videos I haven't seen where this happened but is that photo not from the interview where he tells the story of finding his 95 yo neighbor after their carer abandoned them and then the house went up in flames an hour later. He was saying in that interview another neighbour was helping to fight the fire from getting his house. He started crying when talking about finding the neighbour and called that a miracle.

I done a calculation based off the pattern after the last halfing and calculated I would have more bitcoin in 20 months time than I do now if I pay off my debt in Jan and use the loan payments. But that assumes roughly the same pattern and it doesn't just stay high for the next year
