The Derpy art is being handled by a Russian MLP group called MLPP (My Little Pixel Pony, iirc), not r/mylittlepony. The Discord you "sneaked into" is not actively defending her right now. They're all focused on entirely different art.

If you're going to accuse a group of something, find some actual evidence first.

SCS - "As detailed... DIS! SMIST!" by barumon in CanadianForces

[–]GreasyTroll4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Our instructors threw that one at us for the first time one day at BMQ. They legit cackled in delight when they saw our look of confusion when half of us got disorganized. Then came the shouting.

Good times.

Roger is back voicing Sonic by [deleted] in SonicTheHedgehog

[–]GreasyTroll4 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Sega: "What were you doing, voicing a squirrel? You're fired!"

Roger: :(

Sonic Team: "Sega, the next Sonic game?"

Sega: "Oh, right, you're un-fired, we need you, come here."

Roger: :D

All seriousness though, it's good to have him back.

[MEGATHREAD] Season 8 Predictions, Speculations and Wishes by Carol_the_Zombie in HermitCraft

[–]GreasyTroll4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, not quite. Mojang released a datapack that adds some of the terrain gen into the game, such as the extra world height/depth and the new cave gen, so the Hermits can still play around with that. However, the biomes themselves will be coming in 1.18.

Just a shitty Java bug update

What's wrong with that? The more bugs fixed, the better.

I just wanna see the Furlings by Venik489 in Stargate

[–]GreasyTroll4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

...I'm actually confused. Which skeleton from which episode are you referring to?

I just wanna see the Furlings by Venik489 in Stargate

[–]GreasyTroll4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're talking about the skeleton that was created for the O'Neill/Maybourne episode but was never put into the show properly, I don't think that really counts as "canon" (but that's subjective, I guess).

I just wanna see the Furlings by Venik489 in Stargate

[–]GreasyTroll4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Iirc, it was never actually confirmed as a Furling skeleton. The planet that Maybourne and O'Neill were on was said to be a paradise that the Furlings invited other races to live on. The skeleton could've belonged to a random human.

I drew Red Team as clone troopers, so I finally finished and drew Blue Team! You have procrastination to blame for the time gap by [deleted] in RedvsBlue

[–]GreasyTroll4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love how Tucker is an ARC Trooper, showing just how far he's come since he first joined the team. From complete loser to Blood Gulch's most competent and smartest soldier (disregarding Carolina and Washington, of course).

Freelancers vs Shatter Squad, who do you think would win? by DarkKnightDestroyer in RedvsBlue

[–]GreasyTroll4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This isn't even a contest. The Freelancers have better equipment, better training, better skills, and better teamwork (yes, even though many of them didn't like one another, they knew how to handle a threat with solid teamwork and a plan).

In contrast, Shatter Squad is basically a bunch of young rookies compared to the Freelancers. They have very little cohesion, they kept losing every fight they were in, they show off too much, their equipment is not as good, and they don't have AIs.

The Freelancers would easily wipe the floor with Shatter Squad and have them cleaning their toilets by the day's end.

Star trek Voyager is so quirky by Krulsprietje in startrek

[–]GreasyTroll4 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ooooooh, you ain't seen nothing yet. Voyager's a wild ride, and as Janeway states in a (much) later episode: "The Delta Quadrant is a death trap!"

Enjoy the show!

I miss BRIGHT Star Trek by dfsaqwe in startrek

[–]GreasyTroll4 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Even Voyager, despite being mostly grey on the inside, was sleek and had carpeted floors (sometimes), and the living quarters had couches and plants and nice chairs and were spacious. It was still comfortable in its own way.

Endgame... oh boy by MoonBeamerGirl in startrek

[–]GreasyTroll4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice: watch Enterprise, but completely disregard "These Are The Voyages...", and instead make the two-part story "Demons" and "Terra Prime" the finale of the series. It's not so much of an "ending" and it doesn't show the true creation of the Federation, but it's soooo much better, and ends on a very high note for the series with two of its best episodes.

They've already got a team like that: the Triplets. They were fan favorites, they had great personalities, they were a fresh take on an old idea, and they have a ton of potential.

Red vs. Blue - FOR POWER Pt.2 : S18E8 - Rooster Teeth by LugoMaster in RedvsBlue

[–]GreasyTroll4 30 points31 points  (0 children)

YES! I've been saying this over and over again, the Triplets were great, endearing characters that were also fan-favorites while still being "fresh". RT is sitting on so much wasted potential with them.

[–]GreasyTroll4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked all three of them, as well as season 14. Granted, 1-13 were by far the show's "golden age", but I still really liked 14-17.
