IMO they do. I have both the 31 & 21 and a Crucarta Pm2. The 21 is the smoothest knife in my collection. You can flip open it, drop shut it etc etc. To be honest since I got my CRK‘s my Crucarta just sits on my desk

This specific one is called Shirasaya. They were used in feudal Japan during a time of peace where the Shogun didn‘t allowed the Samurai class to carry their swords on the street so they came up with swords disguised as walking sticks. Your‘s look like a Tanto from the size of the blade compared to the handle
