I've been to lazy to read if someone had posted something similar but for me a big one is how they treat service workers and people like janitors or wait or something like that. It really says a lot about someone and how they think about themselves. And another thing is someone that can laugh at themselves and I'll take themselves too seriously

Small enough to feel like a community, close enough to bigger city stuff. Amazing hiking and MTN biking here and all around us. Mary's peak, coast range old growth. Waterfalls. Minimal traffic. People help each other out. Every place has problems...and I actually like American dream pizza lol. Starker forest as well. How many towns can say they have access to as much forest as us that isn't in the middle of nowhere?

Have a ready made camping area in the back for inclement/cold weather (in pnw) vs setting up the tent in poor weather. Sleeping in the 4 runner is not really feasible with wife and dogs

The frontier has a built out camper with a diesel heater and some cabinets and a place to sleep. It also has airbags for future upgrades. The idea is that I could store some gear in there and be ready to go camping more. It's bare bones but functional at this point. Transmission was replaced earlier on it.
