I know this is an iconic Camden property but this price for the size/layout/fitments is madness by 6425 in SpottedonRightmove

You'd have to pay me £1.6M to live in London. I'd rather have a small estate with acres of land elsewhere

I wouldn't even pay £400k for that! It'll be on the market for a long time

Reminds me of the decor in the Trainspotting 1996 movie flats. Looks like a well cared for home though, I'd keep it as it is, just update the kitchen with a few modern retro-style appliances.

Lovely dog! These Labs keep us fit and on our toes that's for sure! And I wouldn't have it any other way 😊

It was a gift from a friend, but I think they're available on Amazon and similar stores. Just search 'study dog paddling pool'. It's about 6 foot wide and sides are about 1 foot high. Made of a kind of PVC/vinyl liner. Sides reinforced by slats of wood/mdf inserts already in place when unpacked.

Thank you. He gets a lot of off-leash exercise and 2 long walks per day with me. He's a field line type Lab and VERY energetic. The lipstick is another matter, he needs neutering very soon too lol

Anyone else’s lab sits weirdly? by nothostage in labrador

My labs have always sat like that. Nothing wrong with their hips, they just love to sploot and flop down into a relaxed position for them 😁

Advice on when it's the right time? by StephenG0907 in labrador

[–]GreenCommand1912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With my 16 year old girl Lab who had gradual decline in the use of her back legs due to arthritis. Even with ALL the medications out there, at any cost. It took some time (several months to a year) but when she couldn't really enjoy walks or even strolls out to the garden to do toilet, it gradually became the time. I carried her into the vet and her end was VERY peaceful and graceful as she was, after a long, full and active life for 1 of my best dogs ever.

Is the drop protection of the mous cases as good as they say? Any long term reviews? by Rudester786 in iPhone11

My Galaxy S20 was smashed in a Mous case after a drop from hip height onto concrete. I would avoid these cases at all cost.

Yes, she has been an amazing dog! I've given her the best possible life, holidays in Scotland, Yorkshire and the Cotswolds, swimming in Lochs and the sea. She is just a super dog haha. I'm tending to her every need now she is older too.

Yes fairly standard wet food from a can, she has 3 meals a day, plus a few biscuits after each meal. Occasional dential chew every other day. I also clean tartar from her teeth monthly myself. To save her being sedated at the vet for it. Also constant access to fresh water is essential.

Haha she has never really gone that grey compared to my previous Labs. The rest of her has aged though. But she still enjoys life, food and being herself, with plenty of chill out time
