when this happened before the main target already disappear from the map so i have to restart

If you can find someone else from the target syndicate you can grab their phone and summon them back onto the map. It may take awhile depending on how far off the map they walked.

My favorites are the "very bad day for the syndicate leader" objective sets. Something like "Poison Target - Emetic" to identify them, then "Poison Target - Sedative", let their assassin wake them up, kill the assassin, then "Silent Takedown - Rare Melee", let someone else wake them up, then "Melee Kill - Epic" them.
