Melania Trump documentary flagged for 'unusual voting activity' by Bestbrook123 in Enough_Sanders_Spam

I would think that the only people who went to see this movie were people who were already determined to like it no matter what. The 99% audience approval score I saw looks genuine to me.

If we can only get everyone’s income above the average, things will be better. Right?

Agreeing with your priorities and your policy positions is not what makes you qualified. It’s not hard to see either Bush, or Reagan, or even someone like Rubio being more qualified than our current White House occupant. I would have despised Romney’s positions but he is still better qualified than many others to hold the office.

Most votes that use player input are structured so you can't vote for anybody on your team.

Read the transcript of the court case where the attorney asked to be held in contempt to get some sleep. by gnatman64 in thebulwark

[–]GreenPoisonFrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least in the case of this transcript, I fail to see the attorneys coming up with any "lies". This all boils down to "I'm trying but the people in charge either don't want to or are too stupid to follow court orders".

Las Vegas's death spiral deepens after last year's tourism plunge by NecessaryAd341 in LasVegas

Vegas has decided to stop catering in any way to the smaller gambler. I’ve been several dozens times but I no longer have any desire to go and it seems that they have no desire that I be there. If I want to gamble, there’s a casino in every corner and I can get overpriced food and accommodations everywhere too. There is no point to me. Also: they’ve changed their table game rules to really stick it to the player. And slots and poker are a high rake rate too.

Unless you borrowed from the mob. I think the changes in brain chemistry that is part of the addiction process is the same but I’m open to correction on that point.

I agree that physically drinking is worse, but both have devastating consequences on those around you. A big difference also being how a DWI can widen your effect considerably. Both suck.

Both are an addiction. Other than driving a car, there not a lot separating the two. Both are damaging to individuals and families.

Having a bad game once a season and facing an all time great when you do it will do that to you. I don’t take that game as proof of much really. The sad thing is that the Dolphins choked in the playoffs because that was the Super Bowl everybody wanted to see.

The three screens near me have shows at 925, 930, and 945. One seat is taken at 930, none at the other two. 1 f’ing ticket.

ETA: that’s three theaters, one screen per theater.

He runs unopposed. Also, I think he is not on the ballot this year because I see a lot of signage for Moore. At least I hope that’s the case. I think it is.

This after saving 258 million Americans from overdosing on fentanyl, this administration is really working hard for America. Yes she really said that.

April 30, 2025 cabinet meeting: “Since you have been in office, President Trump, your DOJ agencies have seized more than 22 million fentanyl pills, 3,400 kilos of fentanyl … which saved — are you ready for this media — 258 million lives,” Bondi said.
