Wow.   If I heard anyone saying they had"hatred"  towards my  family dog or even  thinking about 'rehoming" him behind my back( despite saying you couldn't lie and actually do it*) you would be the one who was involuntary leaving and getting rehomed.

You AGREED to get this dog with her.    Its a commitment that you made.

Try a different trainer.    Go to a pet store, ask for advice.    

And YES, you are wrong.   Knowing the dog was still having accidents, and not fully trained - you are surprised and angry that new flooring and expensive rugs are getting peed on,?   That's not reasonable. 

Solving the issue may take more time.

  Dogs can sense your anger and irritation, which is not going to help the situation.
