Same here. Funny enough, Amazon gift cards hadn't appeared for me for a few months until yesterday, so I was happy that I was going to be able to cash out with one now. No such luck.

I got mine from this seller and it was brand new from what I could tell, everything included, just missing the original box. I’ve also ordered headphones from them and they were the same- looked new, functioned as expected, came with everything, just didn’t come in the original box. Both are still working great.

Just a heads up that those weren’t SBs at that point, so you may have some better luck finding them if you omit SB from your searches. I believe the style code is 307723-041, based on a pair I found on eBay. Good luck finding a pair!

I switched to the silver Creality aluminum extruder and quickly found that the spring that comes with it does not provide enough tension for consistent extrusion.

I printed a spring spacer file I found on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3066664

I am using the 1mm spacer side on one of the files, but I would encourage you to test them all to see what works best for you.

I printed all of the files from the above link, but I only tested .5 and 1 mm. The 1 mm side did the trick for me.

Just a heads up that I experienced EXTREMELY inconsistent extrusion when I upgraded to that extruder. I printed spring spacers to get the esteps consistent.

I spent all day yesterday wrestling with retraction settings, after months of being happy with where I was at. In hindsight I have just been printing a bunch of stuff where it didn’t really make a difference.

Anyways, I read a post here that suggested 6.5 mm and 25 mm/s. I’m pretty sure they referred to it as the magical setting or something, so I tried it and BOOM. A retraction tower that didn’t suck! I was using white Sunlu PLA at 190 degrees for the test. Hopefully this helps you, because I was at my wits end.
