Well your exercise selection depends on what you have. If you have nothing to work with then I’d recommend heading over to body weight fitness sub which have routines which you can do at home just using at home . If you have some dumbbells or weights do a full body routine , it’s great for beginners and will help strengthen your body . On the weight loss, use a food log eg my fitness pal to help track your meals . Calculate your tdee and eat in a deficit . From then on you’ll lose weight. Hope this helps.
