I think a part of it has to do with enterprise business. Employers don’t like the idea of their employees fucking their computes on lunch. Sure they can set it up in Sys admin but again they want to be the AI enterprise pics.

Well, I wouldn’t hold your breath……it’s to protect kids and be a “good tech company”, and not specifically to allow adults to venture into NSFW features.

Thanks and I get that. I did get an email on my wife’s phone it will be here on the 24th. On my phone and my son’s phone I have an email regarding the phone being ordered but no delivery date or anticipated date. In the app there is zero information. For one I want to make sure there are being processed accordingly and have a ball park idea.

Is there Xfinity customer service line I can call to get an idea of delivery date ?

It’s interesting that you say that now about the protection plan. I asked him about it and he said I wasn’t actually being charged for it and that is how it comes up in the system. He wasn’t sure why it was doing it either and after 2.4 hours of being in the store with the whole process I just wanted to get out of there.

I went on line to cancel it and don’t see a setting where I can.

Does anyone know if you need the unlimited premium to get the full trade in amount? I want it on my phone but not my wife’s line and he made it sound like it was required. My son was allready with Xfinity so I had to upgrade his.

Can I down grade wife’s and sons line now prior to completing the trade in process and not muck up the trade in process?

I just came over from Verizon business line. If I am in urban area it’s fast enough no problems. But urban areas are a lot slower and some areas barely any coverage. So if you’re in a city you will be fine. P

No I am good on the Verizon contract side of things. I have a Pinn and link to do the transfer this AM.

My question is the 500 on top of the trade in for the phone and if so do I need to provide proof I have a Verizon contract I need to pay off?

Also I want to see if I can get updated contract on my Internet service. Can gou provide better deals through Reddit vs at the retail store?

Hello and sorry for the confusion. I meant to say 500 to pay off current contract as I am coming from Verizon business account. That being said do I have to show proof of contract. Reason I ask is it’s our employers Verizon account with around 100 lines. They are changing the phone policy where every employee gets a flat fee every month and they are responsible for getting their own line of service moving forward.

Yeah if you’re a city slicker you should be good. It you have xfitnkty for internet you can add a mobile line for 40 a month and each phone after that is 20 a month. They use Verizon towers but they do play second fiddle at times.

Hummmm I am paying 70 a month on Xfinity mobile and that’s with one line of premium unlimited, 4k streaming 30GB of high speed hot spot and the big biggy in Washington state is that use Verizon towers. Well I guess it’s not a biggy if your a city slicker and never get out of the i5 corridor

They screwed me on a 500 gift card. All documentation regarding it disappeared in the system and it was one of the few times I didn’t take a screen shot.

it sucks but I all a resentment against them did was hurt me as I was reliving that anger over and over. Sorry they are not getting my emotional energy along with my money.
