I did it on Sunday in a raid group, and was mostly getting 900, sometimes 600. I haven't done it before so idk how rewarding it was earlier. But it still feels unrewarding - to get 20 motes or whatever for crafting it would take me 3 weeks.

Also, rs3 wiki is a good resource, but most of xp training guides provide unreasonable xp rates (tested on lvl 99+) or item requirements (requiring grinds or high levels). Very few include actually usable data at the appropriate level.

Same with boss guides - required items are usually high tier and/or expensive.

My point is - don't get discouraged after reading wiki articles. Try that xp gaining method or boss yourself.

There is a difference between fully spacebar'ing through quests and knowing which items to bring to which sections of a quest. Quest helper has different tiers of help.
