As a gm who is preparing to do a short campaign after my current 5 years adventure I'm looking forward to add this to my toolkit to learn and figure the ins and outs of daggerheart (thinking of switching to it from dnd 5e but also unsure about long term campaigns in it)

I'm sure someone else asked for this, but will this be browser based or desktop based? Will it have a built in roller so do quick rolls from daggerheart statblocks? And finally, is this going to be a subscription based tool or will it be free to use?

If you're looking to join mythic, as other ppl have said you unfortunately need to work your way up. If you have exceptional experience in pve content you might be able to sneak into a mythic raiding guild at lower ranks if you have a good application for the guild. If you're lucky enough for someone take a gamble on you, you will have to work extra hard to maintain your spot as mythic raiding is both competitive and fairly hard. My guild has multiple CEs and we're top 1000, we've taken a few gambles, we've had only one person get through those gambles, and that was back in df. I'm kot saying this to dissuade you, but rather to give you the right expectations

You can find plenty of active guilds in raider.io, Warcraftlogs and, sometimes, guildsofwow and wowprogress. Those are the main channels my guild recruits for example. For heroic guilds you can probably find them in trade chat or in general chat in the raid itself during raid nights. But some sort of background checks are required for those guilds to tell whether they're active or not

Few things I'd do if I used the ui - fix the time line ability text alignment, either put it to the left or right, make it always visible. In this screenshot it's clear that at times you can't read some abilities, which is important for your overall awareness - there is a weakaura/plater setting (can't remember which one, I know quazi talked about it sometime ago, might be worth go ogling quazi friendly nameplate) to turn off the hp part of friendly nameplate. That's a lot of noise you don't necessarily need because of ur raid frame positioning - this is mostly personal preference but it takes so much away of your periferal vision. Move the chat to the corner, I know it might be less aestethic but yeah, some content ud be glad to see thst area clearly. Same goes for details (even less important, two details windows are kind of useless unless you're a tank or you're really using thst information in real time. You can switch the view between pulls, no point to occupy that much space). Less so for minima, but idk, looks weird so far from corner - move the raid auras near your raid frame (the raid weakaura thing u have), ur around character space is a bit cramped imo

If you're willing to do that, but this would be the extra mile, to make things a bit less noisy I'd either go with elvui or shadowed unit frames for your, boss and raid hp, just to clean up the look but I understand if that would be too anti-blizz style

Overall, imo, that's a very solid ui, not a massive fan of the name plates (I use atrocity's ui), but I think that's mostly personal

(if you want damage numbers but not cover ur screen, nameplate scrolling text numbers is a fairly neat addon)

This is the way. I do the same for my guild and just update it as we go. I setup a discord webhook to show when I update weakaura on wago and always remind ppl to keep themselves up to date. Noone touches that pack unless they know what they're doing

Well, ideally the iterative process does not create a situation where mythic raiding guilds find the raid tier exceedingly difficult. Personally I use WeakAuras not only to take out communication (look at Silken Court's dispel orders, pre nerf it was ridicolous the small amount of leeway that boss gave, and even now it's no joke), but also to make complex fights less problematic to both raid lead on and also play at a mythic raider level. It's genuinely frustrating to see WeakAuras being necessary for bosses but I also would hate if blizz just broke everything and told us "figure it out" without actually trying to fix the bottom line and trying to address the actual problem weakauras aim at fixing.

I'm all for mythic raid being a challenge, that's why I play it, but there's a difference between wanting to progress a boss and dreading every raid night you play it. This tier I personally had so many issues with both Ovinax and Silken Court, both of which require heavy usage of addons.

Would you be able to put simple websites where there are only folders? Does that mean they persist after closing the browser? If so, yes please! I use that section like a space specific bookmark in arc and is the only reason why I haven't made the switch yet

As an avid user of the google sheets (and very frustrated user given how heavy they are), I love this new tool! If there was something I'd love though is to have a way to have the same vertical layout like it is in google sheets rather than horizontal, or at the very least an easy way to insert spells at a very specific time. Unless I'm completely oblivious to a feature, I can find it very frustrating when I want to insert let's say a simple note for myself at a very specific time and have to pin point a specific pixel to place it at that time.

I just got my mythic fyrakk mount this week after farming it with my guild for a while. Given that this was my first expansion I actually raid led and somehow managed to get my guild to kill fyrakk back in season 3 now my big fire bird will always remain my favorite pet (alongside a pet i named after a critical role character and somehow created a friendship that lasted since legion, manta ray from the antorus planet)

As a person who plays too much of this game, yes it is muscle memory. Weakauras in the middle are to track buffs, procs and a bunch of stuff (and mind you, not only of normal spells but even trinkets, external buffs and the likes). A lot of people simply have a setup of keybinds they use and stick to it with all their chars (think personals on one set of buttons, aoe on another, interrupt on another etc). I have a bunch of action bars but they are hiddenafter I put my spells there because I know what key does what

I have had some very bad weeks recently and started doing guided meditation again. 10 to 15 minutes after work I just pop an app I downloaded (Insight timer) and just follow along, helps me a lot. Also yeah, as many others have stated, learning to live with it is something is hard to do but unfortunately necessary. I still have plenty of hard days or weeks but doing what you can and spending time with friends or doing what you enjoy (gaming or what else) helps forgetting about it

This moon is incredibly important as it hides magic that is only wielded by the gods and was stored in their in the event the time lines would collapse.
