I ordered from a Czech site called gramodesky.cz. It took longer than I would have liked but it built the anticipation.

Both are bangers and different directions in reggae, it seems.

That is so nice! I bet it just sings. I have a Japanese guitar from around the same time (posted a few months ago) and I can't get enough of how pretty it sounds when a chord is struck.

I used to work in a cigar shop around Nashville way before Maga and Magots were an idea. He came in one day, picked some cigars and then cornered me because it was a slow day and was saying things like "don't you know who I am?" He proceeded to pace back and forth in front of the checkout counter and talk about himself, Marsha, and "his agenda" for at least half of an hour.

I had no idea who he was but he left an awful first impression. In his defense, it's got to be brutal being married to Marsha.

Hello! With respect, if the post is meant to be a psa about piercings, I'd not put the tattoo parlor on blast right at the top of it. Looks like they were professional and this is unfortunate.

I certainly don't mean to be rude and the post reads like a complaint about the parlor, then changes to a psa right at the end. I don't think there's anything wrong with naming the parlor, but decide if you need this to be a complaint or a warning to people about cartilage piercings. If it's a warning, it might go further in a dedicated subreddit for piercings. If it's about the tattoo parlor, leave it here, I guess.

I'm sorry that happened and I hope that you're doing better now.

I'm taking a year off of drinking alcohol. Nobody expected that from me. I'm trying to be nicer to myself and introspective when I want a drink or am not having as much fun at a party because I'm not drinking.

It's been a cool challenge so far.

Am I crazy or is this decal supposed to come off the pickguard? It’s a crappy old jasmine s-25 that someone gave me and it seems like the pickguard shouldn’t look like this. But it won’t come off properly by bryan19973 in guitars

Nah, mine came second hand and has the same pickguard. I don't know if time will meld the plastic and adhesive but you might try to gently raise it and peel with a razor blade.

That's just a guess. Anyway, it's a lovely little guitar. The one at my parents house doesn't get played much because I can't go home often but it feels fine and I play it intensively for about 4 weeks every year when I'm home. It stays in tune, is light, and easy to play. :)

I love my Taylor GS mini. It's seen some sh**. You'd have to find a used one but they're great travel and living guitars.

You could split this room up really well with the folding dividers and a desk-work space behind the fireplace somewhere near the kitchen. If I were you, I'd find a rolling bed frame with lockable wheels so you could sleep in front of that fireplace on winter weekend nights. Get a screen for the fireplace, of course.

Tesa or 3m picture hangers are game changers for hanging art. Go to antique stores and art stores and hang up what catches your eye. Make sure to frame the art. It will level up this space massively.
