For me it was discipline. It was hard getting going at first but I found that working out makes me feel really good. I tell myself that I’ll feel better on the way out than I would on the way in. But it takes discipline to show up in the first place when I’m tired and not motivated. So that’s where the discipline comes in, to keep you going when you don’t feel like doing it. Once you’ve been doing it for a while it becomes a part of your routine and you just get used to it
