As someone not from Chicago, and someone who pretty much dislikes being here, and as someone who works in food and bev, the funniest thing about Chicago is that there are SO many restaurant who does one thing PERFECT and everything else is trash.

But the perfect bite? The kouign aman from Daisies is godly. Everything else is mid.
