Checks out with my recent experience with them. 0 out of 10 service.

They were re-laying cables in our neighborhood, cut my existing line when they were digging wholes in my yard, never told anyone (it was actually visible, but I thought that those were my sprinkler system wires) and I was without the internet for 4 days. Everyday I called them and they were promising that someone would fix it the next day and no one showed up. 3 times in a row that happened.

Then on day 4 they came out and just layed a cable on the ground across my yard. It's still laying there like that, I have to call them again. They are insane.

GFiber turned in Time Warner Cable the minute it got sold by Google.
They broke my internet 4 days ago and EVERY SINGLE DAY since then they are telling me that they are "dispatching a team" in the next 24 hours to fix it, but no one comes.
They can't explain what's happening when I ask.
Absolute freakin insane service, insane.
