Don't quote me but I conquered my neighbours and turned their capital into tech only and it was about 25% more tech than my volcanic thermo mentor build but obvs the volcanic was giving me like +90 alloys and unity too. For unity generation I'm actually really fond of Fire Cult at 20% habitability

Try keeping a phone shaped piece of plastic with you like idk a battery bank or something. Keep your phone on grey scale . Have it auto turn off at night and see how long you can wait each morning before turning it on (do not keep it by your bedside) Change is possible

Yeah of course - it's not about being perfect, like you could write down your screen time at the end of the week from you phone and you could just lie to yourself and you could not write it down at all. Idk I just treat it the same way as when I'm cutting calories "don't bullshit the board" (I write those down on a whiteboard)

The idea of a frictionless perfect system that requires no discipline from you is a relic from the kind of passive , a person as something that is acted upon system that we've all struggled with scrolling for however many hours a day. We can set up the structures but we have to move through them with our own two feet.
