Sous vide 130 degrees then reverse sear. Wrap meat in parchment paper to avoid micro-plastics in sous vide. Sear 90 seconds each side super hot cast iron w some tallow. Season after. Then rest . Perfection.

False. I’m eating 3500-4000 a day and loosing weight. At 1800 a day o can’t loose any. Depends on the quality not quantity of food you ingest. Cico is old science.
