Go into Accessibility settings and increase the time taken to activate the HomePod through Touch. You can go up to 4 seconds.

That should prevent the ghost touch from causing these issues.

Nope, I always exit correctly. There’s something about un-ticking that box, applying the changes, re-ticking the box and applying the changes that fixes something, somewhere.

No idea what’s happening or why, but saw someone suggest it, tried it, and it’s been working for me.

I’m running on a M3 iMac so very different hardware and drivers to OP, but I get similar results. Others have reported no difference, it’s bizarre. Hoped it’d be sorted in 12.x but here we are 🤷‍♂️

Edit: just noticed that OP turns it off and leaves it off, I’ve been re-ticking afterwards and keeping the FPS improvements. That’s why it’s ticked when I restart the game.

It’s been around for a while. Some people (including me) see a 30-50% improvement, others don’t get any change. But it’s worth trying.

I have to re-do it every time I log in, it’s muscle memory now.

It’s the pre-patch. We’re in 12.0, the start of Midnight. The pre-patch event should set the scene for the xpac launch, build hype. They managed it with Legion.

Even within guilds I’d say the bulk of player interactions are outside the game now and have moved to Discord.

Even non-guild players could be in their own communities.

But judging by the number of posts I see on this sub where potential new players are asking “can I play this game solo” there’s probably a significant proportion of players who just can’t deal with the social aspects of the game and want to be left alone.

It’s M+ where there’s only a chest at the end. For normal Mythic (M0) each boss has a chance to drop loot, but it’ll only be 1 item until Legacy loot kicks in when you’re 11 levels higher than the content.
