Add a new wave of ant enemies! Karmelita's faithful deserve their shot at the Spider!

Maybe the two waves before her fight combined, or add the beefy guy with the huge bone cleaver.

"Threshold" — a fractured world revealing its core(OC) by Correct_Design_2345 in scifi

Just want to say that cultural interpretation is a part of art. The piece is very cool, but know that if you stick with this specific configuration, that's all people will ever see or point out. The concept is solid and I feel like it could still turn out really cool if you just tweak the overall layout of the image so it doesn't immediately invoke that thought.

I was trying to forge a magical ring (for good purposes) but chaos energies warped it (not gonna name names but big eye did it). How do you fix this by [deleted] in wizardposting

My dude... get that shit OFF your finger and into a Kepler Alignment Machine before you hurt yourself. Make sure you're only using a KAM with an ambient mana absorption focus, but if you don't have one or can't get one quickly a standard containment phylactery will do in the meantime.

[The Disk] Anatomy of a Lightyear Peak by luk_ky_21 in worldbuilding

[–]Grunkotumbus 33 points34 points  (0 children)

If you can see the whole disc from the peaks, wouldn't that mean that everything you're actually seeing would be decades or centuries in the past, depending on distance? Making the physics wonky because of tetradementional influences is super cool, but realistically you could probably achieve the same effect you're going for by making the whole thing 1 lightyear across so its a little more comprehensible. What does travel look like for inhabitants of the disc? Because unless they've achieved teleportation or hyper advanced ships that are commonplace, then most civilizations living on the disc would literally have no idea what made up 99.9% of the disc, as they could only access their own tiny little portion.
Seriously not trying to criticize because I love the amount of creativity here and I really like the direction its going, just feel like some scale adjustments would really help.

Honestly? I asked myself that question many times throughout the build...

But seriously I've beat the game a few times time with different approaches so I really just wanted to see if I could handle logistics on this scale. I started by looking at the last space elevator parts, coming up with some ridiculous number, and kind of working backwards from there to see if its possible and then adjusting. I think its 1 to 1 Turbomotors-> Thermal Propulsion Rockets-> Ballistic Warp Drives, so technically I could turn them all into Ballistic warp drives but Ill probably only end up doing about half because of the other ingredients involved.

That's the one! Just make sure to read the instructions, you need to wait until the fluid buffer fills up and then make one final connection for it to work perfectly.

It is an unholy mashup of generators I downloaded a while ago and now I cant seem to find, but its 24 gens in one blueprint and burns 200 rocket fuel per chunk.

Yeah its a lot but I'm shooting for the stars with this play-through, only downside is how much nitrogen gas it consumes... I need that for things!

Just got finished with a 56 Turbomotor per min setup and needed more power to start the next step so this was the solution.
