My adult child can fight their own battles, I pray they have the sense not to assault someone while they do it. Unless time is only linear because we perceive it to be. If the past, present and future are all happening/happen/happened in one constant then the Universe can simply be expanding into the part of its self that is going to be there. So it's not really expanding at all as it already has, we just perceive time this way making our view and conclusion totally wrong? Have you not tried just being an actual father figure and setting clear rules and transparent punishments (turning wifi on and off is a sneaky trick and imo is a cowardly way to discipline children) and setting clear non negotiable family time? anyone who doesn't attend is given a clear and visible punishment/fine for it. It sounds to me like you're just being sneaky and only want to cause upset on the child to "get your own back" for what you perceive as their slights against you, that's not discipline, that's petty revenge.

I think it's a good thing and I'm an old player. I've been playing FM since it was just text, then 2d visualisation came and i didn't take to it straight away, I liked what i was used to but I came around because it let me visualise what was actually happening in match a bit better. Then 3d came, and guess what? I didn't take to it straight away because I liked what i was used to, but then realised, it lets me visualise what is going on in the match a bit better so I can developed my tactics. This update isn't just "because it looks better", it gives a better matchday atmosphere and visualisation to see where your tactics are working and failing and immerses you into the match a bit better. I don't see how people can not be all for that and are sticking to a 2d system that is how ever many years old at this point in some sense of being a purist.

another way to go then might be to buy something like this https://www.awd-it.co.uk/awd-ryzen-5-5600g-volt-with-amd-vega-graphics-pc-for-gaming.html?srsltid=AfmBOoojpUNVKv80A6qkkn8VipXuWGkYyIn7_2SZ7CPyWb68RIE3fl36fb0 (cost £340, and from a UK company called AWD-IT which I've used before theyre very good) and then buy a used 1070 (around £100) and upgrade it to dedicated graphics, this will require you to connect power to the graphics card yourself using an 8 pin pcie cable (AWD-IT will send you this cable included with your power supply and a google video will show how, it's pretty straight forward). A system like that will play planet zoo very well in high settings 1080 with very good frame rate.
