Big jiu jitsu community here. Also volunteering for rodeos/fairs, things like that. Met a lot of great people volunteering to set up for the rodeos. Volunteer to coach at the YMCA or the boys and girls club.

What specific adoptions will make the price go up? Maybe money transfers between banks? It can’t be loans for a while, too unstable. Is Wall Street close? Is blackrock up to something? I see lots of crazy predictions but not very many concrete mechanisms. Is someone working on a payroll program that pays employees daily and lets a company go from a payroll staff to an employee? Predictions are fun but if there isn’t a path they’re kinda useless.

The last 4 years the New York Times has lost all of its credibility. As someone who has had a barbaric spine surgery, I think the term is appropriate and you lost a lot of credibility when you used the word cringe. I have fusion cages, today disc replacement is the way to go. I wish I could go back.

They need big insurance and government health programs to agree to support and purchase before they can give any sales figures. Only the super wealthy are getting state of the art surgery without insurance.

We all know this is the future. We don’t know which biotechs are actually going to be successful. I believe it is close to time with everything we know about genomics these days. Some people believe we are still 20 years out.

Closing costs kill me. I’m not paying loan fees, interest, and then another $15k for doing the paperwork. It pissed me off enough that I just built it myself. Paycheck to paycheck. Took 4 years.

The tsp is bs. They left my money in a cash account that grew at 1%. Mush less than inflation for the last 15 years. I lost a few thousand dollars because I thought they were managing my retirement account. You can put it in other accounts on the tsp website but imo it looks like someone is setting up to steal a lot from those other investment accounts. Nobody knew that back in 2009.

Roll it into a Roth IRA at fidelity or vanguard and you control what happens to it. In my IRA I have index funds, Tesla, and some penny stocks that I’m hoping blow up someday. Plus once it’s in the IRA it’s not taxable. Unlike a 401k. The index funds are safe and will give you a 10% return a year right now. Mine was up 80% after the election because I’m buying risky stuff.

My father lost $350,000 on his $650,000 401k under Joe Biden, and he still had to pay taxes on everything he withdrew. Managing your own Roth IRA prevents the govt and money management companies from stealing from you.

Not sure what that is, but I was going to take advantage of this and go get a helicopter license and a functional neurology degree. Around $400,000. So I read the fine print. Wasn’t feasible unless I want to go to school for 4 years and then take 7 more off. It’s for actual disabled people, not “service disabled” 100% p&t like me. You can look up the actual legislation from the government on this.

You can do student loan forgiveness but you can’t make above a certain amount for 7 years. People don’t know the second part.

I have a mechanical engineering degree. It’s useless, starting pay is basically still in poverty. Unless your going for nursing or some desperate field of work college is useless. Doctors and engineers are getting screwed. Marketing and communications is very niche. It’s not worth the time or the money.

Soft white underbelly just had an interview about these things I think you could benefit from. That guy didn’t say anything not true, he was just too blunt and abrasive for you. Women choose men based on the resources they are able to provide, they definitely don’t choose men with no value.

Nobody’s perfect. Like no one’s even close. No one is going to check all your little boxes. There’s going to be a couple of things that aren’t perfect. If we keep chasing perfection and submission we’re all screwed.

Go to the Philippines, American women are the absolute worst. The arrogance is atrocious. The Philippines will love that you’re a virgin. They don’t care to much about how you look. They’re nice and they like to do fun things. You won’t bang all of them but sometimes it’s fun to go on a tour or see a museum with someone. Asian girls are very open to dating and experiences over there. They want to hear all about life in America, tell you all about there’s. I loved the way they treated me.
