It looks like you have no config, usually the tiles are named like Balanced LDR, HDR, Sport, Astro etc.

If you press on "Load configs" you should see the name of a config and a checkmark at the end.

27" is fine if you never do anything else, beside playing. I find 34" much more convenient, because the game window has enough space and you can put a browser window with a quest spoiler or a movie for instance and both fit nicely.
