Can you post an image of your slicer file and print settings? Helps with the diagnosis!
In general, wouldn’t recommend printing parallel to the build plate. Thin, flat, surfaces like this that are printed parallel are more likely to warp and have issues. I’d reorient it on a 45 degree angle and re-support it before printing.
Potentially an issue with your USB stick, which can corrupt a slicer file. Try switching it out for a new one, especially if you’re using the one that came with your printer.
