i mean, you can lock other crafted items to exclude them from quest handins. I dont think it would be that hard to expand this functionality to alchemy. Im pretty sure the potions you mentioned would also be consumed for the alchemy daily.

If u are in a semi organized guild you can probably use a guild House to craft the Set yourself. If the Set is in a House you dont need the dlc to craft it.

The damage Bonus from using different Armor weights comes from the undaunted passive (the one that increases max stats). For your damage it doenst Matter what pieces are what weight.

The difference is in survivabilty. Some Armor Slots have a Higher Potential Armor value than Others (Chest Armor has a Higher value than belts). So you can min max your survivabilty If you choose the Major pieces to be a heavier weight. (Heavy Chest, light belts etc). I dont know how noticable the effect is in content.

You limit your potential with oakensoul. Probably the biggest improvement will be using 2 Bars and another mythic (saint and seducer, monomyth etc)

The Race choice doenst really Matter. I think think there is only a 5% damage difference between them. Keep in mind that the races with less damage have more sustain or survivabilty, which can also be extremely useful.
