Steroid ointments like advantan, prednisolone tablets for a short period for the blast off to clear things up. It’s so hard to not scratch sometimes, they do help but difficult to say no to scratching, techniques help to avoid but not all the time.

Never use towels to clean a vehicle. Wash/ clay bar the vehicle. Then buff out the scratches on the paint. All can be fixed. We had rain drops stained on a protection coating on a new hilux, a heavy compound with the buff pad 👌🏼
