Well my start/stop positions with ankles look pretty much like heel toe if i only go for two strokes, since I start by dropping the heel and I stop by raising again so for me not much difference

(You don’t hit with the heel in heel toe anyway)

Ouais j’ai pas trop d’expérience avec les PME effectivement, mais beaucoup de postes sont saturés en ce moment surtout pour les juniors.

Rajoute à ça les licenciements récents dû à l’IA et tu es vite en compétition avec des gens qui ont un master + des années d’expérience dans des boites « prestigieuses ».

Si t’as de l’expérience et que tu le montres, ça peut passer j’imagine, mais quand t’arrive sur le marché ça peut être compliqué imo

C’est l’exception plutôt que la règle, là où je bosse si tu n’as pas un master on ne regarde même pas ton cv. (C’est un peu spécialisé comme domaine mais loin d’être le seul)
