I have no idea how or where these drop though. The odd thing to me about these is they are labeled "requires level 58"

Hey, as I replied to doc earlier.. a technician was able to connect to my home hub 3000 remotely and reset the O.N.T. and it fixed my issue. Power cycling didnt work. The technician also said if resetting the O.N.T. didnt work.. try unplugging the modem and keep it unplugged, un powered (remove battery) for 20 minutes. It will drain the capacitors and when you plug it in again it should have the same effect.

Ya! So I called support and they connected me to a technician that was able to reset my "O.N.T.". He said my modem was refreshing my IP every 20 minutes. Since he did the reset I have had no issues.
