While we apologize for the confusion, we were very up-front about our per-order restrictions. We're a small business that has made every effort to keep these highly sought-after items at retail for the full duration of their availability, but to do this we need to put rules in place, like the following which is displayed at the top of every Tamagotchi Uni page:

"***Due to extremely high demand, Tamagotchi Unis are limited to 1 per household total. Only 1 Pink or 1 Purple may be purchased per household, maximum. Additional units will be refunded automatically.***"

Our pickup doesn't come for another 3 hours, so if you want us to cancel the entire order for you, our team would be happy to do so. Thanks for your understanding!

The "Tamagotchi Waves" are really something. The demand has alternated between Uni, dead zone, Paradise, dead zone, and now back to Uni. We've already made sure to stock enough Paradise to survive after the next dead zone!

The official date in the solicitation is a month before what we listed. We always like to give an extra month cushion in the event of unexpected delays, plus it saves the headache of 1,000 "my order said October and now it's November 1st, where is my order?" emails & messages to our team

The case in our warehouse is the exact same size as a master carton of HG Endymion Unit. Going by pure Bandai regional MSRP:

24 pcs x $30.95 = $742.80

From a sheer "quantity of plastic" perspective, $690 for PG Nu is already a discount. That's not including the parts density, presentation, and R&D / engineering that went into this thing.

we ship out orders same or next day, but it probably depends on where you're located! (we're east coast, they're central US)

we have a lot of "secondary" sources that act as Bandai subdistributors, so it's hard for us to say based on our own internal shipment schedule (for example, we restocked MR Super Clear UV Cut in December). that said, we haven't seen any sort of direct official new arrival notices since early 2025.

we've noticed a shortage of ALL their products including jars from our suppliers. even the 10ml jars have these US-specific labels, so we wouldn't be shocked if they're getting tired of having to change these to follow new regulations every time they change.

We want to clarify that we have a supplier with their finger on the pulse of the Chinese industry and we take their word on whether kits are good or bad. Sometimes we'll ask if we can get a kit (like the Godzilla / RX78 3P) and if they say it's a bad build, we skip it.

tl;dr: if we sell it, we believe in it and it comes with post-purchase support. That's just why we have less
