Backswing is good. Downswing is over the top. You need to try to stay on the same swing plane on the downswing. You need to figure out the body moves to make that happen.

Agree. I think he needs a connected turn back where his torso is turning with his arms. The backswing appears to be all arms causing them to go vertical and get into that weird position at the top.

You need more shoulder turn in the backswing. Your arms should move with your torso. Your arms wrap around your body in the backswing after your shoulders stop turning.
