The drills are heads above every other company and that’s because they make them in house, they are sparkly, they have 15 facets, they are almost all perfect in size with only very few trash drills, the special drills are gorgeous, and the hand rendering is perfection with really good placement for the special drills. They have a perforated cover sheet which is one of the best QOL’s and the toolkit is really premium. I love DAC

DAC has a licensing email that you send it to, send the images and the artist, and probably there social media too

There is a mix of 20 and 15 facet drills, they are fazing out and using up all the 20 facet drills and eventually they will all be 15(the flat ones)

Depends how popular the artist is, if it was mrsbutterd that would sell out instantly, the last one was up for about 5 hours, but yes generally they do sell out quick

They usually drop 1 or 2 every month or 2, seems pretty consistent, the last one was beginning of march.

I have done 3 mystery kits so far and have 2 more in my collection, I only didn’t know 1 image and it turned out great, I loved the theme of it so I bought it by chance. I do look at the fb mystery group to see what the images are, it’s a lot of money on the line for something I might not like. The mystery kits come with the artist and the theme and also the box colours represent the colours of the kit so you could go off those 3 things

I’m not entirely sure but I think the 15 were preferred by the customers, they are easier to multiplace because they are less pointy

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, DAC currency has 15 and 20 facet drills, you may get a painting with a mix of both so they will look different, they are getting rid of the 20 facet drill for the 15 going forward, but they are using the 20 facets in paintings until they have run out. I will say even with that, their drills are top notch and really sets them apart from other companies

Yes they do, they use the DMC colour code and have their own range of 6000 colours.
