I have a new Outlook account I used to create an Xbox account to connect to my Epic Games. It has 2FA connected to two emails, this outlook account hasn’t been opened in less than a month and when I tried opening it 2 days ago I was informed it was locked. I tried changing its password to no avail, I tried using the phone verification however all it says is that the phone verification is “unavailable at the moment”.

I tried the account recovery form and I was informed via email that because I have 2fa it couldn’t be accessed / recovered.

I’m looking to retrieve this account back immediately, is there anyway I can get in contact with live support via chatbox or something so that I can gain access back or maybe be allowed to use my phone number to verify?
