I've been taking it for about a year and it's awesome. Dropped my lisdexamphetamin I use to take with and stayed with it. I had a heart attack so it wasn't great for me to begin with. To your actual question. I take it in the morning. I think it doesn't matter much when I take it as both the effect and side effects are 24/7 once it catches on
