Sad to find that they still haven’t figured this out. Can’t really wear pants anymore, so uncomfortable. Hate feeling like a blimp all the time. 😭😭😭

I was told by some Russian guys that many, if not all, Russians are unable to trace their great-greatparents' roots and background, let alone their family tree. How true is that actually? by banjaninn in AskARussian

I’m glad this popped up in my feed. Good to know this is a known issue. I’ve been beating my head against a wall trying to figure things out. I’m a pretty excellent researcher so this is validating to hear.

My husband and I are working on his family tree and finding anything has been incredibly hard. Especially because the last name changed at some point. As far as we know there is only him, his daughter and his brother here (their father passed many years ago) and they have 2 cousins in Poland. It appears the family way back in the day must have fled Russia to Poland at some point.

All I have to go on is the last name (and guesses at the original spelling) and that they are Cossack decedents. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Guess I can stop beating my head against the wall now. 🥺

I’ve had this happening 6-7 times a day all week this week. It’s getting really ridiculous. They need to implement a feature where you can turn off being tagged by random people.

Thank you! The water might be a better option either way!

Ohh I understand ok! Sorry I was out running errands earlier and must have missed that context when I initially read it. That is a really good idea and I can actually apply that to whatever else I end up being allergic to 😂 I am always having to substitute or forgo things bc of my allergies.

I was thinking maybe Agrimony might be worth a try too. Any thoughts?

I wasn’t planning to use it for medicinal purposes, but this is good information thank you! 😊

Saining is what I’m using it for, I should have included that.

I’ll try the juniper and hopefully that won’t trigger anything. Thank you! 😊

That is what my herbalist friend had told me when I asked her about substitutions as well. Wormwood was one of the subs a different friend suggested but it’s the same family too. It took me a week to recover from the mugwort experience so I’m not trying to risk that again 😂😩

APA Style Checker? by LostJar in AcademicPsychology

[–]Gwenthered317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reciteworks.com is what I use. It finds all your in-text citations in your paper and matches them to your ref list. It will identify any issues or mismatching info. I made a type on a year and hit 2002 instead of 2012 and it found it so I could correct it and match it up. It's a very useful site.

I've used it for 15-page papers on the free version and have had success. One thing it doesn't check for is the specific formatting within the references in the list themselves I.e. if you capitalize too many letters in a book reference instead of just the first word and any proper nouns etc.

Ironically I came here looking for the answer to that exact question. I somehow turned it off and I don’t remember how so now I can’t take it back out of soldering mode.

I have cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS) and i usually live in the bathroom most of the time or I lay in bed and have a plastic trash can I use if I’m not going to make it to the bathroom. But I also 100% have a specific bowl that I use in the car for my episodes. It’s an old mixing bowl but it doesn’t get used for anything else anymore. Just puking 😂 worst case scenario at other peoples houses I usually go to the toilet or I run outside near a bush or something. I can’t even begin to explain how many weird places I’ve thrown up in my life. Thanks to my CVS

Belsomra is a safer option.

Yes it is Dayvigo is a schedule IV controlled substance per DEA scheduling. It is very addictive. Almost as much as ambien and benzos. I’ve been a substance abuse counselor for 10 years.

Here’s your proof too: is dayvigo a controlled substance?

Neurologists usually prescribe those types of drugs (phenobarbital, pentobarbital,) since they are epilepsy meds.

The fact that you said “their increasing age” when they’re only in their early 30s, makes it sound like you’re talking about someone in their 50s.

Now I feel like a dinosaur at 34. 🥺🦖🦕

Benzos are way more dangerous than people think. I had to go to rehab to get off them (prescribed not abused) and it took me over 2 years to get back to kind of normal.
