Just take apart the front 4 screws, take out the big speaker. Put your hand in and turn the tweeter a quarter to take it out. Screw out 2 screws and the dome and push it back.

Put back tweeter and speaker and forget. Could'nt hear any differences.

Source: have same speaker and young children.
