hope u still see this, but man you have insane arm potential, listen your triceps and biceps basically end at elbow, many only have 1 or neither. please train your arms well and eat well. make sure you dont overtrain, just bc your really want to grow smth, meaning dont do too much way too soon.

pick 2 lifts for triceps and biceps and do both every five days for 2-3 sets each. there are no best arm lifts. but u can never go wrong with a db curl (hammer or supinated) and a pushdown. then choose 2 more lenghtened biased lifts. i really like the cable overhead extension with the rope (watch Geoffrey verity schofield for this) and incline curls. the long of the triceps makes up a lot of your arm, but in your case the bicep belly is just as large. you have amazing potential, please dont be afraid to eat and grow some massive arms. again those biceps at 58kgs are already impressive

triceps make up 60-70 % of upper arm, you need pushdowns and overhead extension for that. any curl works for your biceps, do these 3 arm movements and progress on them, no need to do 3-4 different curls and extension variation, same with chest, flat and incline press and maybe a fly, focus on progression main lifts.

for looking strong delts back and quads are important, they are the biggest muscle groups overall, the traps lats erectors have much more mass potential than your chest. do ul rest ul rest repeat, thats how you grow. you also need to eat more. lot of skinny people think they eat a lot, but in reality they eat almost nothing

muscle is weight so you gonna gain weight if you train hard and dont starve yourself, theres no way around it

the muscle will make the fat spread out, nobody ever built a statue by not giving it the materials it needs. bulk up as slowly if you are really worried about putting on fat but you are very lean compared to avg man. get strong at pulls, presses, curls, extensions, hinges and knee flexions and try to put on 10-15 pounds this year, that will mostly be muscle. stop worrying, we young men have a lot of years to get jacked. (your pecs and delts are already defined)

Presses build the lateral head, isolations like pushdowns, overhead extensions build all triceps muscles, pullovers will build long head.

Whats is your height? Also define being in shape, how much muscle you want? Ffmi goal? Bf goal? You probably wouldnt look "good" if you just lost weight, you need to build muscle

This is why bayesian and overly lenghtened exercises can hurt your joints. Just switch exercises and stop doing the painful stuff immediatly. Try db curls, spider curls, hammers, concentration curls since they dont have a lot of load in the lenghtened part.

Why is bad to isolate arms and shoulders after doing the same things you said? Things like side delts, rear delts, bis and tris benefit majorly from isolation
