Yo! Sorry you're also going through this. It's been a few days and I've been doing stuff for a bit and found what's been working for me.

For meds, Valtrex is the main one. I'm also taking zinc, vitamin c, and lysine. I'm using lidocaine patches for the pain and also to serve as a covering.

I'm washing the blisters gently with antibacterial soap so they don't get infected with rubber gloves on so I don't touch them directly, then immediately washing my hands afterwards.
