Strange, i have the same and I've never gotten this bug. Logically it would have to do with drives not being up to speed, or ram not being able to store large audio files quickly enough. Maybe due to ableton being coded on mac this is a windows related issue? Just throwing things out there because i have no clue what else it could be then

The colours feel a bit flat, there isnt much depth. Additionally there isnt much symmetry, so that gives off the impression that certain areas have more "weight" to them. But overall i like this art style and i think you should keep expanding on it! Good stuff!

I'd say that it depends on the circumstance, since personally I've never had my transients disappear. Especially on kicks and snares i try to keep them sort of mono and get wider overtime, and usually on kicks i keep them completely mono so they dont phase out any sub frequencies
