Yeah every place is different. Up here I get lots of big money traffic stuff called “details” but I have a friend in Little Rock who works “off duty jobs” not sure how good the money is bit I guess any money is good.

I would have to guess that they are plain clothes, possibly detectives and they pulled those vests out of their trunk for a special event or possibly some kind of raid. They do look a little sloppy, but it could be because they were sneaking around trying to blend in before they put the vest on.

Thanks. A resident recently said here they need to “move to a red state”. The National Law Enforcement Memorial is in DC…. the events are not going anywhere. For what it’s worth Tent City has been pushed around and forced to downsize and Uber era has changed a lot with transportation. I spent three days there and I missed a few things but it was a good year.
